Authenticity, Commitment & Respect for Nature

 

Located in Juvignac, just outside Montpellier, our wine estate is guided by strong values: ultra-local and responsible production, certified Haute Valeur Environnementale (High Environmental Value). We champion biodiversity, minimize chemical inputs, and honor every resource—from grape to glass.

Our commitments go beyond the vine: recycling, short circuits, parity, employee well-being and sustainable mobility. Here, 100% of our products are made in Occitanie, and 98% are home-made. More than a wine, an ethical and sustainable approach.

Full traceability for all products, from grape to glass.

Ultra-local origin: In-house production in Juvignac, on the doorstep of Montpellier
Packaging components: 100% sourced from suppliers in the Hérault region

Maintaining biodiversity and  HVE certification (High Environmental Value level 3, the highest level): protecting biodiversity, reducing the use of phytosanitary products, managing fertilisation and managing water resources. Finally we use mechanical tools to weed between the vines.

10 hectares of nectar-bearing fallow land (plants whose nectar is used by bees to produce honey), with short supply chain sales (lucerne for horses)

Implementation of mating disruption* across all our vineyard plots to control grape berry moths and reduce chemical treatments.
(A biotechnical pest control method with zero toxicity, preserving beneficial insect populations and the environment).*

No irrigation used in the vineyards.

Part of our collection is bottled in sustainable recycled glass.

All vineyard waste is upcycled: Indeed, we turn vine cuttings into treasures: oils, fertilizers, even beauty products. In others worlds, nothing is wasted—just carefully sorted, reused, or returned to the earth

Furthemore, we prioritize employee comfort through ergonomic equipment and flexible scheduling. MoreoverOur commitment to professional development includes continual training opportunities, available through digital and in-person formats

Finally, we maintain perfect gender equality with equal distribution across all pay grades and leadership levels.

At the Hivernales of Montpellier

100% of products Made in Occitanie! And 98% of products are homemade!
Wines, grape beers, juices, etc. are all produced at the estate. Only the wine confit and vinegar come from a local producer, based in Lodève (34) or Port-Vendres (66).

Almost all of our waste is either compostable or recyclable.

95% of the waste generated by our activity during the Hivernales consists of our triple-wall cardboard cups, which can be refilled throughout the day and are fully recyclable.

The cartons and films used for their bulk packaging are also recyclable. Moreover, we carry out selective waste sorting and therefore have several bins inside our chalet dedicated to this process. Additionally, the mulled wine, stored in tanks at the estate, is transported daily to the Hivernales in reusable and recyclable containers.

As for the decoration of our stand, it is reused and recycled each year. We only replace certain elements when they are too damaged.

For the comfort of all staff members, every employee at the stand actively participated in creating the work schedule, taking into account their personal availability and necessary rest time.

Sustainable mobility: 50% of our employees walk to the Hivernales, while the other 50% use public transportation provided by the Métropole.

Electricity savings: our main stove runs on gas.
